At Residence Villa Sabine in Merano, you will find individual and cosy holiday apartments with one or two bedrooms, a comfortable living area and a fully equipped kitchen. With a total size of 60 to 75 m², the apartments offer plenty of space to relax, settle in and feel at home.

Choose the apartment that best suits your needs:
from 2–3-person apartments on the third floor, to ground-floor apartments or apartments with double balconies for 4–5 people, offering even more space and comfort.

What they all share is a wonderfully quiet location – right in the heart of Merano.

Family Classic Apartment

Three-room apartment for 2-3 people (60 m²)

110 – 175 €

for 2-3 persons per night, including final cleaning

Apartment consisting of a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed (on request), dining area, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, shower, toilet, bidet, satellite TV in the living room and bedroom, air conditioning, mountain view. The flat is located on the third floor (no lift). Please note that an extra charge applies for the fifth person.

Family Superior Apartment

Three-room apartment for 4-5 people (65 m²)

130 – 195 €

for 4-5 persons per night, including final cleaning

Apartment consisting of two bedrooms (2 double rooms or 1 double room and 1 single room), living room with sofa bed (on request) and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, shower, toilet, bidet, satellite TV. The apartments are located on the ground floor. Please note that an extra charge applies for the fifth person.

Family Deluxe Apartment

Three-room apartment for 4-5 people (ca. 75 m²)

140 – 205 €

for 4-5 persons per night, including final cleaning

Apartment consisting of two double bedrooms, living room with sofa bed (on request), dining area, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, shower, toilet, bidet, satellite TV. Two balconies with views of the village of Tyrol, the Tappeiner Promenade and the Merano High Mountain Trail. The apartments are located on the first or second floor (no lift available). Please note that an extra charge applies for the fifth person.

General informations

Prices per day per apartment starting from three days, including VAT and final cleaning, plus city tax, no lift.

Additional fees

• Children and baby bed: surcharge 10 €/day
• Dogs on request: 10 € per day without food (other pets are not allowed)
• Third bed (apartments classic family) and fifth bed (apartments family superior and deluxe): 21 €/day

Cancellation conditions

Cancellations are unpleasant for everyone. In case of cancellation we will do our best to rent out the room or apartment. In case this shouldn’t be successful you will be liable for the payment of the full amount. Same rules apply for late arrivals or anticipated departure.

No cancellation fee up to 2 weeks (Christmas - New Years Eve 4 weeks) prior to arrival. Cancellation fee up to 1 week prior to arrival: 50% of total payable amount. Cancellation fee up to 3 days prior to arrival: 70% of total payable amount. Cancellation fee up to 1 day prior to arrival: 90% of total payable amount. Cancellation fee for not showing up is: 100% of the total payable amount. Deposits are non-refundable.

From 24th of December till 10th of January we apply the following cancellation fees:

No cancellation fee up to 4 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation fee up to 2 weeks prior to arrival: 50% of total payable amount.
