The Amort-Ellmenreich Family

For generations, the name Amort-Ellmenreich has stood for personal hospitality, reliability and a genuine feeling of being at home in Merano. As a family of hosts, we run our establishments with great commitment and experience, with the aim of offering our guests a stay they will remember fondly.

The family includes traditional establishments such as Hotel Adria, Residence Désirée and Hotel Mignon – each with its own distinct personality, yet all united by shared values: authenticity, quality and a respectful approach towards both guests and employees.

From 2026, Residence Villa Sabine in Karl-Wolf-Straße will complement this family ensemble. The house has been taken over by a valued family member, Aunt Renate Kuen, and is being continued with great care, respect and in the same familiar spirit – as a quiet, centrally located place to arrive, stay and feel at home.
